Erica Swanson’s extensive knowledge of Pasadena and the surrounding communities has allowed her to get to know every aspect of the San Gabriel Valley as well as a familiarization with all of Southern California. Having been born and raised in the area, she takes pride in Pasadena and the many wonderful surrounding communities. Her motivation coupled with her understanding of the neighborhoods has allowed her to successfully work in real estate.
